Meet Sean
He is the heart & soul of this business. Nothing means more to him than when he hears from a client at the completion of their project how much they love their new space. Sean is very personable and approachable and places a lot of value on people. He started and has built LCC upon his personal value of “people matter”. Our staff are carefully chosen just as much to fit this ethos as for their skills and quality workmanship. Sean is very practical and has a wealth of knowledge that enables him to find effective and beautiful solutions to even the most complicated or difficult spaces.
One of Sean’s greatest gifts is in people development. As such, he has signed many young & mature aged staff up as apprentices or trainees and has been committed to the training and growth involved in developing excellent tradesmen and administration staff. Sean loves and values his staff and considers them his greatest asset in business.
When he’s not working, Sean loves spending time with his family and building Lego. His wife, 4 adult children and 2 daughters-in-law are the joy of his life; along with a precious bundle of gorgeousness that has recently given him a new title “Poppy”.

Charlestown Anglers
Established in 2007, Charlestown Anglers are a local fishing club welcoming everyone with an interest in fishing. Off-shore, estuary, beach and rock fishing are offered to both juniors, seniors and families.

Izhar is currently in her first year studying at the College of Law in Cebu, Philippines to become a Barrister.

Leilani is currently studying a fashion course in Cebu, Philippines to become a fashion designer.
